I have placed a order AB7323118 for Mixer Grinder on 8th November, I paid the full amount but due to pathetic website didn't got any confirmation, Called the customer care and it turns out that 2 COD orders are placed, and they have no information about my Paid order!
Finally after 10 days they confirmed that the order has been placed.
Then comes the delivery part, I have nowhere to track my order except calling customer care, On 19th I got a call saying that my product will be delivered on 20th November but no luck, Same thing happened on 20th(Friday) as well, Finally I got a call on 23rd November saying that my Order has been cancelled and my money will be refunded within 5 working days(Not sure on this part even my money will be refunded or not)
