I have ordered Strontium 32 GB Nitro 466X(70MB/S) Memory Card on 11th of September 2015 till date I haven't received the product whenever I call the customer service they are giving an answer stating that it would be delivered in 10 business day. its more that 11 business day now.
and I spoke to floor supervisor Mr. Naresh and agent Naveen they were rude and aggressive not ready to provide the solution.
Mr. Naresh Informed me if I don't receive the product today then I need to wait for 7 more days its really unfair and unacceptable.The service provided by the customer care was very pathetic .
