I had ordered a book rack from ask me bazaar as I was getting it in a very affordable price.i had paid through my debit card.i waited for around 2 weeks but didnt receive the item, I gave a call to the customer service, they said they dont have the tracking details but my order is already shipped.i waited for another 1 week and again gave a callk to the customer service team, they said that sorry sir you order has been cancelled, your money will be refunded soon.i was just taken aback.what were they doing for 3 weeks.they informed me only after I called them.just pathetic service
