Placed an order for a t-shirt from askmebazaar.com on 24th June(Vi6797329837) and transaction ID-44362 and till date, there is absolutely no information on the status of the product. I have called seven times since them and there has been no improvement in the status.
They follow an antiquated process of calling customer's to verify some details even for pre-paid orders. They are stuck in time folks or is it an excuse to hold on to customer's money.
Scamster's are they?It's the same excuse every time you call them."our back end team will get back to you". Imagine the CS team can just take calls and completely unaware of the order status.Can the service get any worse?Cautionary note to anyone reading this.the portal sucks and shop at askmebazaar.com at your own peril
