I have ordered a a mix of velvet and wool, Carpet from **Askmebazaar** for Rs. 300 vide order no. *AB4999448 dt Sep 5, 2015 on COD basis*, and had received the item in 7 days of order, but the actual material delivered a very filthy cotton made **Rajai with filthy cloth** sewed which even *rag pickers donot use*. It was sheer cheating that how can they trade. This is the first time, I had been cheated with online shopping.
Please see the pictures, one shown on website and one actually delivered. When I put the complaint that to return the amount and take the junk and could not get response after many email correspondence showing the pictures of actual product delivered, had called and the customer executive telling that I cannot speak to manager, they have said that they will refund the amount in 2 working days to the bank been provided and when I had told that I have put up a proposal that the courier person who comes to pick the item can give me cash as I paid cash on delivery, they have refused to do so and said that refund amount will take 30 days
When I have told that I need to speak to manager, the lady said that the manager is not available nor even arrange a call back.
If this is the way a client is treated who is actually been cheated, you can see how Askmebazaar can survive in market where there are online portals coming up.
I have told Askmebazaar that I will be putting up complaint in Consumer forum and I am going to do the same as atleast some one else dont get cheated with such malpractices and sheer cheating under IPC 420.
Please dont buy any product from Askmebazaar as they are cheaters and they attract people by offering low rates and later deliver a piece of crap.
