What kind of service provider your are? If you not able to serve your customers then why are you here?


I made an order for ID AB9772897. which was successfully accepted by your end and for which I made an online payment through my credit card.Order was successfully placed and I got the confirmation for the same over E-mail and SMS.


After one day I got an SMS for cancellation of the same order due to the technical reasons.


I just want to know if there were technical issues in your website then how is it possible for deduction of my money through my credit card?


As I have to pay this extra amount for credit card as my last payment date for the same is 21 Feb. 2015, if I will wait for your refund then I have to pay the penalty for the same.


I want the product as per my order price or my money back with interest as per penalty applied on my credit card for late payment otherwise I will go for help with consumer court.
