They are said to change the way we buy grocerries and they show us lot of expectations, but hey are not able to deliver what they are promising which dissapoints every one. They are really very very pathetic as they never address your problems properly.
They doesnot react to your problems at all which sucks the most. There is a friend of mine who suggested this and I had expectations from this, but those expectations are supposed to become waste because of their poor service. They still have chance to get better and chance to make people trust them again, but for that they need to have excellent customer service.
