I ordered a ##prestige barbeque set##. Nearly a month now since they charged my card, after several calls to the call center, still no sign to any delivery, no escalation path; systems perennially under upgradation. No one calls you back.
I have lost all hope of getting the order. Looks a big fraud company to me. Please do not order anything for minor discounts. If you do have to order, only try and get cash on delivery.
