Imagine a powerbank burns and the plastic melts inside my pant pocket.and all of it within few seconds. I had ordered for a Samsung Powerbank, earphone, charger(Combo of 3). What I received was definitely not what I ordered and adding to injury is the product got heated up for
A charge of 30 minutes(from my desktop) and while carrying in my pant pocket it started melting which could have been a serious damage. All of this(heat and melting) happened within fraction of seconds.
Now I am having a burnt skin(though mild). I have attached few photos of the melted powerbank and comparison with another same product.
Totally Disappointed with the entire episode.
