I ordered Samsung power bank on cash on delivery. The courier packet labelled Samsung power bank and other details on it.
When I opened the courier in front of the delivery person there was some local power bank, no Samsung no other brand . some cheap product was inside.
I said that I am not going to pay for this but courier person not agreed and was arguing also said " ab kuch nai ho sakta, complain karte rahiye".
I am also an advocate by profession but I could not see any other option that time to pay for that cheap product, and do call to customer care of askmebazaar.
filing case in consumer court for that such amount of Rs 200. was not a good option.
The product was delivered by Limo Trading through askmebazar, as it was given on packet slip.
But overall the company services are very poor, irresponsible, and doing fraud /cheating.
so I suggest never purchase just by attractive low price and ads showing by askmebazaar.
