Website Design Flaw. Review on Askmebazaar

I am first time use of this website but I had a surprising experience. I went on to order few diwali gift for my family and in law families.

When I order, once I completed Billing address information my order was taken and SMS & Email was triggered even before, I was making decision on my payment whether to do Cash On Delivery or Instant payment. So I did not provide any input on payment but the order was completed and website did not allow me to do Pay now option for some reason.

When I made call to call center on next day they apologized for inconvenience cased and they state that it will work effective in Chrome rather than internet explorer then went to say the order number and cancelled by my order, since I wanted to pay it now, since I was gifting to my family.

Later I tried with chrome I was able to make an order and did payment for first gift and then I went on to order the second gift then again tried same problem I was not able to do Pay now option and when ever I tried pay now, it was considering it new order and it was keep generating the new order number.

I was making me fell crazy, I would like give askme bazaar feedback. Order should be considered as completed only when payment related decision is made. This would avoid this type of confusion.
