First time im buy a product with this site im unhappy

Because im order in febury 10 2015 and im receive my order 28 febury its big time to deliverd my product than im open box and check my product its very poor quality product than im contact coustomer care not give me valuable answer and not return accept.

Please dont purchase product with this site waste your money and time.
