Never prepay. Ask for CoD. There is a 12K limit for CoD, so please note.
If you have to prepay, always prepay using a credit card. Never ever use net banking or wallet.
If you have prepaid using a credit card, a. Chargeback your transaction through your issuing bank. A transaction can be disputed upto 180 days from date of the transaction. Use the reason code "Product / Service not delivered as promised".
b. Keep copies of order confirmation and delivery as well as the product images advertised versus the actual product received. You will need this for the bank investigation.
