I also paid amount and then I got confirmation details the
product so, for just verification I also called and check my order
they told me that your order is confirmed and assure me that it will delivered in 10
working days. And I will get my product . Then after 17 days I did not get my product, and Every time I called the customer care he kept asking me to wait for 10
working days to dispatch. After 10 days when I called he coolly said the order was cancelled. I and suddenly they send me a msg that my order is cancelled and my
money is also refunded. Then And I realized my mistake
I spent 100 rs in calling the customer care. I don't understand the
business model of this company how they will survive and win
customers in the long run. If they can handle why they take
orders and spend crores in advertisements.
