I tired to purchase Philips nebuliser for my baby from askmebazzar. Why I said I tried because it was my first time and then it bacame last time too. They may sell at low price as they are new into the market. But then they don't have any mechanism to track the order. Everytime we have to call them and then they will tell us the status.
This is not acceptable no? So, you are not able to know whether your order was accepted by seller or declined or shipper or if shipped then where it was in transit - nothing you will know unless you call them. When I placed the order which was of course at lowest price in the market, I received order confirmation message. Then I started waiting for shipment details by calling them. And they also kept saying that seller is preparing for despatch. This went on for some 10 days.
Then when I called them last time, their rep said your order was cancelled. I was shocked to know this - how can they do this after keeping me waiting for 10 days. I think they don't have any system of confirming with the sellet. They blindly accept the orders and then communicate with the seller or may be they don't have good sellers who would be able to serve the orders when confirmed.
Because their sellers are nothing but sellers in your city. This may be very easy for them as it is nothing but a yellow pages company which runs business directory. they may not have warehouses etc. They don't provide enough info about the product we have to google it and know the details. They don't put good photos of products. First of all they should prepare proper database of products, sellers as per other marketplaces and then jump into the market otherwise there are lot of other people to serve because these discounts like gimmicks are not going to last forever. That's my opinion.
