Ordered power bank & got a mail on the same day that your order has been confirmed. Now had to wait for a call for confirmation but didn't get one & so had to call to check the status as there is no provision for order status check. The executive said that its ok if you don't get a call for confirmation means it is confirmed even though if it is written in mail.
Got the order delivered in 8 days. When opened the package got a used power bank as could see the scratches that occur due to lot of usage & even the logo was having scratches & from the condition it was easy to say that the original power bank packing was their with the cable but the power bank was replaced with an old one. Very disappointing in every manner.
I stand corrected for what have written as after getting second hand power bank - did a complain for the same with askmebazaar.com. Again got a reply that will be contacted by askmebazaar.com but after 3-4 days still am not getting any call or reply.
Guys - I do quite online shopping & have good experience everywhere but this is the first time in so many years that have got disappointment from askmebazaar.com. So plzzz go for any other site to have a better experience in every way.
