I was just checking the MI POWER BANK 10400MAH details on there website. Entered my details but didnt confrim my order. Just closed the window without confirming my order. But got a SMS on 15th FEB stating my order is confirmed but then didnt cancel the order thinking it was a good deal.
The product was deliverd around 10 days later. And I payed 699 COD. The power bank even after an overnight charging was not capable of charging my moto e atleast 60%. I lodged a complaint at there pathetic customer service on March 3rd.
Its March 14th but nobody has picked up the product. My friend ordered the same powerbank and he paid online . But the product was delivered as COD. He was asked to pay the money again on delivery. When contacted the customer service they were not sure what needs to be done. He returned the product cancelling the order. It's more than 15 days and the money is still not credited to his account.
They have the most pathetic customer service with a very bad turn around time.
