We shifted using services of Arya last week, we had other options as well to choose a different company . but decide to go with Arya, as most of the companies I got quote seemed to established newly .so known companies had very bad reviews . though I don't deny Arya has negative reviews as well but this was the only company where I see maximum positive reviews on all websites as well as the one company I list of mouth shut where reviews are not marked fake .
My experience - When I called them for quote . The person who came to visit our place seemed professional And confident . He actually answered all our questions before even we asked them . The quote was a little higher . But after discussion with my family we decided to go with Arya .
Packing day - 5 guys along with the truck and enough packing material came . started packing the goods by morning 8 went on packing till afternoon 1 without any break . the packing part must be appreciated as packing was done as promised, 5 layer packing . after a short break they quickly packed the rest of the goods and loaded it after making the list and handed over to me . no insurance copy was given to me .as they said it's already 4 and insurance offices are closed as of now . insurance copy will be mailed to me the next day . And the truck was dispatched .
Now starts the problem - I kept on calling but my calls were not answered till evening . then I get a message that the mail is been sent . and for further assistance few other numbers were given . However the main number 0931375xxxx was always not reachable or not answered . The other numbers given to me . 0888283xxxx was answering but reply was very slow . Also another number which I dont have now, some mr sanjay was able to help with my queries.
Goods reached Bangalore on 5th day of dispatched . But I wasn't ready to take the goods for another 2 days . The Bangalore office people kept on calling me to take the goods bug I told them that I was told the goods will reach in 7 days . this part was again a problem . finally somehow I got in touch with Prabhat whiwho agreed to keep the goods in warehouse for extra charge of loading unloading .
Unloading a rearrangements were done well . Apart from the double bed .for which I had to call hometown guy from showroom .
All I all the best thing is packing and their packing staff . Rearl time responose is very poor . I can recommend them if they could improve the response time and update customer as the wish
