I had checked Arya Packers & Movers on the net and contacted them because of all the positive remarks on Mouthshut.com(which I now think are all placed by the organisation itself).

One gentleman by the name Chowdhary landed up at my place in Gurgaon, gave me a quote, took Rs.500(!) as deposit and vanished. After multiple attempts and days to reach them on the number given to me, to finalise time of departure, that was posted on the net, I had to give up and call another packer to do the job. In between I received an sms on 27th June at 6.15pm from 9313755500(which is incidentally switched off again) promising refund of the deposit. That was the last I heard from them!

So much for all the positive posts that I am seeing against their names. Even their 'published' numbers were switched off!

Dear Sir,
We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you, however after the complete investigation we see that,your order was finalized with arya packers and movers From Gugraon to Chennai, one of our employee named somver choudhary also collected an advance of 500 rs, after that you called our office on june 25th to reconfirm the order which was confirmed again over the phone and you asked the goods to be picked up on monday(30th of june) the date time were confirmed, you again called us on 28th of june and our employee confirmed that everything is set from our side for the move, However you cancelled the deal on 28th of june via a message stating that you are not interested to move with arya with no certain reason and asked to give you back your amount 500 rs, which was agreed as we see the message sent from our employee in his cell phone . After that we dont see anything response from your side to collect the amount or calls or any email to get your amount reimbursed . now we also see that you have mentioned that our number are switched off which is highly impossible . 1800 843 6919(toll free customer care number)

Our Head Office Number(9036936919)you say all these number are switched off . we have never ever received any such complaint, and these many number swtiched off at the same time is really impossible and they were not as we have verified this information .
As far as the refund, please do reply if you have called us again about the same, after the message was sent to you("sir the amount will be refunded") . and you have not called us again, please correct me if I am wrong . So requesting you to please stop misguiding and posting irrelevant reviews on MOUTHSHUT ABOUT OUR COMPANY, As it does affect the company reputation .
