A high ride over Grand Canyon. Review on Arizona

Wanna share my grand experience of riding over the Grand Canyon..

I feel it is ideal to go to GrandCanyon just before the winter starts... U get a smell of winding summer and inviting winter winds ! Hmmm.. Just irresistable.

We flew into Pheonix airport (I would say that's the nearest/ best airport) to visit Grand canyon ... The best way to visit Grand canyon is by driving..... U will see the ravishing & endless plains touching the horizon.

We started with visiting south rim part of Grand Canyon.. Stayed there for 2 days visiting various points of interests (nothing but different mountain range)..

Interestingly, there is no suicide point which is common across the mountains around the world.. LOL...

From south rim, we drove to North rim (northern side of mountains), through one of the best scenic routes in USA.

Forgot to mention.. When we went to the tip of mountains, we could see a canal downwards and its the MIGHTY COLORADO river, spanning a width of almost a MILE. It looked so thin from the TOP. We were told that the height of the mountain from the river side is almost 1.5 mile straight upwards.. Ahem !..

We stayed at North Rim called Hotel Grand Canyon, where most of cottages are made of wood. can u believe it ! They could protect us with all the cold even in night times.. and ofcourse with heaters inside... :>)

Then we drove towards Las Vegas passing through the Painted Desert.. Small mountain range with different colors of sand . Woow... Just amazing.

To sum it up, it is so nice seeing the huge mountains aka Canyons true to the spirit of ''Grand Canyon''.
