I used archiesonline.com to order a greeting card for my fiance who is in Mumbai and myself in Kolkata.
There were varieties of cards available online with great messages. I wanted a card to congratulate him on his completion of 4 yrs in a reputed MNC.
Congratulations cards were available and I chose one from them. The card cost around 230rs/- . I did the payment using net banking option and provided the delivery address and delivery date which was 15th July 2015. The card has not bren delivered till now.
There is archies support contact details available. I reached out to the support team but if no avail. I have mailed several times. Neither have I received the refund nor had the card been delivered. I am very disappointed with such a poor service of archiesonline.com.
