So this is the 1st time I have ever used aramex and I was a little worried as there are tons of bad courier services in india but it turned out to be just fine
I ordered a camera and it was shipped from chennai on 10th and delivered in chandigarh to me on 14th so it was good. Could've been fast though. But i'm satisfied because they were immediately updating the progress on their website. not even a hour delay. I was checking all the time. when it reached chandigarh hub it was 9:30 am and dispatched to final delivery at 10:30 pm. I got it after just 45 minutes at 11:15 am.
Well done aramex.
Don't know about customer care n staff as I didn't need to contact them as courier came in time:)
