Horrible service. My courier did not get delivered and on tracking the same on their website informs me that the customer has refused to acknowledge the courier.


What a liar! They have not even contacted me. Its just a strategy by them to delay delivery since they are under staffed.


What a shame!! I wish eBay sellers will stop using Aramex for shipping!
