I had placed an order with indiatimes shopping on 22 December. They used the aramex courier service for shipping. I was promised that the product will be delivered by 31 December. Today is 2 january and THE PRODUCT HAS STILL NOT DELIVERED. I need it urgently as I am going out of station on 4 january and I ll be back only after 4 months. In 12 days they couldn't even deliver the product.
My AWB No. is **4699853723**.
When I tracked the shipment on 31/12/2012 it showed **Out for Delivery - Beyond Delivery Area**. If they cannot deliver the product they why they are accepting the courier. They handed it to third party courier to deliver the product. When I tracked today it shows **Attempted Delivery - No One Home / Delivery Rescheduled for Next Business Day**. But I am always at home 24 hours then how can they say no one home. This is ridiculous.
When I went to pickup the courier to their office they insulted me and that guy NITIN PATIL is such an arrogant person.
Also when I called to ARAMEX courier they said we cannot deliver so come and pickup the shipment.
Now whats the meaning of online buying if I have to go outside and pick up then its better I purchase it from local stores.
I am fed up with this ARAMEX courier.
Now I am going to complain about **INDIATIMES SHOPPING** and **ARAMEX** to Consumer Court if the product is not delivered to me by 3/1/2013
Kindly look into this matter on priority.
