Aramex creates fake attempted delivery statuses. Review on Aramex

This is regarding the shipment from fashos.com with Consignment no https://aramex.com/track_results_multiple.aspx? ShipmentNumber=6413785394.

It is a new year gift, suppose to reach at my home before 31st . I was eagerly awaiting it and checking status of it. I was at home 24/7 , all these days but their website says  No one at home .

I haven't received any call on my mobile related to this delivery.

I called them 30th Dec 11.30 AM asking to deliver it on same date. They said they attempted delivery , and there was no one at home.

When I questioned it, they said they failed to deliver because of weather conditions. I asked them to deliver on same date. Just after my call There was a shipment out for delivery notice, but no one delivered the product till this time. and creates routine attempted delivery notice, no one at home.

When I called customer care again, they  are repeating lies and says my mobile was not reachable , in fact it was always on on all these days.
