I am suppose to get courier from aramex from grabmore on 5thof nov. When I called the customer service they ask for them to deliver to them, they asked for authorization letter to the on 2nd of nov .. before giving authorized letter to my house owner.
On 5th evening I got a email response that they delivered the product ...i dont know whom they gave......i gave the letter to house today to collect the courier.
I informed and raised a complaint against the person who delivered the product from aramex is Lokeshchikkeratpa pls ask them share the mobile number & signature.
I informed the grabmore online service about the same.order #28318
Pls dont trust this courier
