I had a shipment id for my product ordered through InfiBeam.com. I checked it in https://aramex.com. They have shown the status as received at 8AM on 6th Nov, said out for Delivery on 7th Nov. I was fine with it but later on 7th Nov evening updated status as "Attempted Deliver. No one home/unable to contact". I did not get any call or even my watchmen did not see any courier boy coming. I gave a call and one guy has taken call, he was talking like a Drug Addict, and don't have patience to talk.
I told them that I make sure I will not use any online shopping website who use Aramex as their logistic service and make sure that my friends do the same thing. Then he called me on 8th Nov and said we are coming to you and please let us know the address.
WHAT is this? Please guys, do not choose infibeam.com until they break up the deal with Aramex.com. I do not say Infibeam is not good, Infibeam is nice in all things except delivery.
