Water leakage started immediately after filter change. I logged a complain but the technician is not coming. He charged Rs 4200 for the filter change. I reported this issue the same day(10-Dec-2018 when the filter was changed) when I noticed the water leakage. However, the technician is not coming even after calling 10-15 times. Aquaguard customer care number is too busy. I called at least 25 times but it's always busy. There is no call back even though req no: 94019482 has been recorded in their system. The product was purchased in July-17.
It was blunder to buy such a costly machine and then spend Rs 4200 for filter change. And then this leakage issue.
I should have gone with Livpure. The charges are very genuine.
