It has been 18 days since I gave my MacBookPro for repair, with Apple's authorized service providers Ample technologies in Bangalore . It has been 17 days since they collected money for spares.Still my MacBook Pro has not been repaired.Every time I call the support center, I get the same answer " Vendor is yet to supply part"Does it take 17 days to get a hard disk replacement?Even if one were to manufacture one specially and ship it to them, it should have been completed.
My work is suffering for 3 weeks now. Did not expect this from Apple.
Looks like apple is moving from requirements of professionals who require laptops to be up and running to those who want it for leisure .
