My macbook needed a repairs 6 months after purchase. In less than 3 years it has needed a new logic board, hard drive, optic drive, keyboard and recently cost £72 to get a dvd out of the broken optic drive!
Customer services refused to listen to me gave a monologue about bad luck if I didn't buy their extended warranty type service and hung up after saying you have a great day now! Would you buy apple?
