I am not big on places that don't give good customer service and this location is one of the worst I have ever frequented. I travel a lot and have found private independent restaurants to offer a better value and customer service. I have has some pretty awful customer service experiences at a few Applebee's and when the management lied when they said they would bring you a second bottle of wine, you know its time to stop frequenting an establishment.
Both thumbs down. This should be the next chain to go right out of business. The food is not all that. The crowd may keep you coming back but when you look at the value for what you get, you really need to wake up and find a better venue for dinning out.
