I am doctor and hence I speak with some authority when u say that these apollo pharmacy chains are blurring the lime between a chemist and druggist and a grocery guy. Everything is available at that place including soft drinks, face creams, food items etc.
I would've preferred if medicines that are rare are available there instead of this. And another negative point is that they do not provide any discounts. Even local drug vendors provide discounts nowadays. It doesn't make sense to sell at the mrp. The only good thing is the 24 hrs service in some areas and brand standardized service.
