Cheats operating in the name of a company. Review on Apollo Packer & Movers

I hired Apollo Packers and Movers to move my household goods from 1 place in Hyderabad to another within the city. Initially, 2 guys came in to evaluate and give us the quotation. The "manager" who came in was Kuldeep (on the quotation), but he gave his name as Sandeep! He promised that "professional" packing would be done, with plastic sheets on top of the carton boxes and multiple layer packing for the glass-top dining table. He also said that clear labelling would be done for the boxes and they would hand over the list to us at the time of loading.

However, on the day of packing, this guy did not turn up, but 6-7 guys with rural hindi accents turned up and started dumping everything into boxes without any order or labelling. The packing material used was also cheap and not as promised. The refrigerator went in box, while the stabilizer for it was dumped somewhere else.

After reaching the destination, they started adding other costs - toll tax, tips etc and started demanding these amounts.I was moving to a different city and had asked my parents and in-laws to deal with them since all the arrangements were completed by me before I left. However, these people were thoroughly unprofessional and illiterate.I would never go with these people again, even if I have to move everything myself next time.
