In Jan 2012, I have taken a family floating health insurance plan ( easy or uneasy) through an agent in Apollo hospitals Bangalore. The executive came to my home and finished everything in few minutes and went off. He choose to ignore my wife's past sickness although I mentioned to him. I got the policy through mail. In June 2012 my wife was hospitalized in Apollo hospitals.
When applied for the insurance. The company not only denied the claim, they cancelled the entire policy stating that I have hidden my wife''s past sickness.How can I proove that I have mentioned it and the executive ignored. The agent from whom I took the policy , on the one hand talking to me nicely and the other hand spoke internally to save herself. This was an horrible experience.
Best thing is to stay away otherwise be careful about their conditions to avoid disappointment and insult.
