The online health credit part of apollo 24/7 is fake and they cheated all patients by encourage them to making online prepaid payment. Me and My wife had booked basic health lab test and as per c.care and apollo app we paid in advance to get health credit amount as cashback.
While booking the lab tests - it clearly stated by c.care and in written at apollo app these health credits amount used at any apollo pharmacy by sharing a otp at pharmacist. When we go in-person at different apollo pharmacy they all deny to accept this health credit amount by anyhow.
When we contacted the customer support - quite shrewdly they deny to use these health credits amount by any apollo pharmacy. My frustration is that why apollo run fake health credit amount and give fake written commitments with step by step guiding to use this amount at apollo pharmacy.We would have preferred to go in-person at different apollo pharmacy but they all deny to accept this health credit programme.
I believe these are blood-suckers and the strategy is to make maximum out of the gullible patients. Please avoid using this feature.
