I didn't get a "zero" or "negative" rating - hence I had to settle with one.
The online consultation is a farce. My wife had suspected neuro-related issues. She had taken an online appointment with a Dr in Apollo Hyderabad(that's another story).
While booking the appointment - it clearly showed that the(free) followup is(supposedly) upto seven days. However when she tried to contact the Dr again on 5th day - to our surprise the window was closed and the only way she could chat with the doctor is by paying another Rs. 1100/-.
When we contacted the customer support - quite shrewdly they highlighted on the "upto 7 days". The fact is - the free follow up closes within 2 days that the ONLY the agents can see. My frustration is that why not the patient? We would have preferred to go in-person then.
I believe these are blood-suckers and the strategy is to make maximum out of the gullible patients. Please avoid using this feature - or at least know the free follow up duration for the doctor you are consulting.
