This Bicron company located in Marathahalli Bangalore is only focussed on their sales. Like any normal customer, who initially don't know what is Square wave / Sine wave, i approached this dealer only in the name of APC. I explained my requirement of a UPS that supports LCD TV, Fan, Light. He suggested me the APC HI800SQ model and I bought it. After an year my 1.20 lakh TV spoiled and lately I came to know that he sold me a Square wave model UPS and it won't support LCD TV. He should have suggested a Sine wave model in the beginning.
What made him to sell this junk? It is his business mind. Bicron is purely sales minded people. Never buy any stuff from these cheaters. They are just trying to push outdated junk items......
