Good product but warranty on membrane only if TDS is less than 2000 and Hardness less than 400. Your dealer won't tell you this.
My dealer didn't tell me. When AO Smith technician came, this is the first thing he told me. I was very upset. Next day senior officer came with another technician. He explained warranty terms and conditions properly and installed the product.
When you buy any AO Smith product, you start getting annoying SMS very day saying your installation request is on HOLD due to reasons that makes no sense. AO Smith promised to fix this and gave assurance that I won't have any issue in future.
