I have just returned from a tour of Kerala and had taken the help of antilog to manage it.
Puneet was the sales guy and he has no local knowledge. He booked ATDC houseboats which were an absolute disaster and he does not take accountability for it. Fortunately for us, the other resorts were recommended by us and hence were good. If we had left it to Puneet and antilog, they would have screwed it.
He only calls up for the payment and nothing else. I was speaking with people from one of the resorts and they said that antilog was not trustworthy.
