Worst service . Review on Annapoorna Motors - Parvathinagar - Bellary

Hi friends one of my friend buyed a hero bike from the annaporna motors .we have visited for our first service .morning 8 0 clock we have handed over our bike to the service people .we have expalined so and so all complaints of our bike .they told within 2hours your bike will be ready .so went out to finish some of ours works and came back after three hours to pick the bike .after 3hours also they didnt even touch my bike for service where I kept in the morning it is there only .i went near manager and asked still my bike was not serviced .the manager was talking rudely we are here to do service only wait what I can I do now it will take another 2hours go and wait like that he is talking.they dont know how to behave with the customers .staff people they dont show any respect towards customers .there is no punchuality in the service they handed my bike in the eve 4 0clock worst .they had taken much time to service atleast it must be fullfilled our complaints right they didnt do that thing also .just they have water washed my bike and kept aside thats it they have did for service and cheating the customers in the name of free services .
