When the account was opened, Angel had assured that it is free account.
I am not using the Angel platform from last 3-4 years.
Angel never approached me through call / sms mentioning the AMC charges.
I realised that as I am not operating this account, I should close it. So when I approached them, they are mentioning that Rs.1593 is pending AMC charges.
This is unfair as broking firm can't keep charges hidden and not following up with customer for payment of dues.
Only when customer is approaching them, they are coming up with the bill. This is not acceptable.
First of all Angel had promised it was a free brokerage account. Secondly Angel never approached me for paying the due amount.
As a customer I feel cheated . I will never use or recommend anyone Angel trading platform due to the bad experience.
