I have opened a trading account with angel broking from there website.
There representative call me and told me about a very good low brokerage plan. so I opened a account with them and there person came to collect id proof and signature on there document.
I asked that person for brokerage charges but he told me just signed this document paper and talk to ur representative for brokerage detail. So I signed the document and given them. but Later when I traded and next day report came its almost the double charges are there.
So I talked to there represnatative and asked about the high brokerage charged so he told me I will do a complaint for that to lower the charges.So he has done complanit and after I got lower brokerage charged but when I asked about for refund of my previous brokerage which was charged higher. they are not returning my money almost 5000 rs. and showing me a document where I signed on tariff list. but they have said some other brokerage plan and ticked a higher plan when I had signed and given document to them. Almost cheating customer by showing low brokerage and taking higher brokerage charges.plz check the document properly while signing any document with angel broking they may cheat you.
