I opened an account with Angel 1 year ago. I like few features like their app, it is very good and can almost all the task. Money transferring procedure is very simple.
But I do not like-
Their customer service. Which is very poor as I receive many times. Suppose you want to make a position and you call them for it least likely that they will receive your phone call at right time.
They will give your phone number to advisory companies. These company will keep calling you until you die.
Some time people from angel will ask you to make positions to complete their targets. They also try to modified your decisions for taking any positions.
They have their own advisory service also which one should not believe.
Final thing is that they try to make you buy and sell position in order to earn brokerage(bachche bhi to palne hain). But the trader or invester should apply his own mind and experience.
