"AMC the best in AU" . exagerration. problems being
1 poor salary for doctors from govt( they are not interested)
2 power cuts( imagine, during operation with patient's stomach open)
3 poor hostel facilities( like refugee camps, bad food, leaking roof)
4 lack of equipment like ct scan, ventilators( even if present half the time not working, no maintainence)
5 for patients, poor cleanliness in wards, toilets are horrible
