I am writing to share my deeply disappointing experience as both a parent and a teacher at Anand Niketan, Shilaj Campus. Although the school has a big reputation, the management is poor, unethical, and lacks basic transparency. My daughter studied there from Jr. KG to Grade 5, but during my two years of working there, the school staff targeted and harassed her so badly that she fell into a state of depression. It was heartbreaking to see her lose her confidence, and to protect her mental health, I had no choice but to pull her out of school in the middle of the term. Even though I served the institution with total honesty and dedication, the school is now unfairly withholding my security deposit and refusing to give me my experience letter. They have ignored all my calls and emails, showing a complete lack of professional respect for their staff. Furthermore, the environment is not fit for children as the food provided is unhygienic and poor in quality. It is clear that this school focuses only on making money rather than the safety or well-being of its students and educators. This experience has caused my family immense mental agony, and I believe others should be aware of the reality behind this institution's name.
