I have used this toothpaste when I was suffering from sensitivity but I must tell you all that it wouldn't work for me and after using it for around 10days I stopped using it and started using vicco vajardanti paste and it actually healed my sensitivity so guys I suggest you to don't use this Amway paste, it tastes like Colgate
