If you do not want to waste your precious time and money please do not seek admission at Amity University and I am saying this through my experience. I have completed engineering from Amity and why I was not to get enrolled at this University because: -
Too many subjects each semester ( 12-14) most of them are not even related to the course
75% compulsory attendance in EACH SUBJECT ( one of the biggest problems , many a times my batchmates used to come from places that were 30km away from the University just to attend BEHAVIOURAL SCIENCE class so that they could maintain their attendance)
Medical Certificate
The University does not entertains any sort of medical condition irrespective of the medical condition of the student ( I had to go to college with a fractured leg for about a month to maintain my attendance as University does not accepts medical certificates)
4.Placements
After spending approx 10lakhs ( for engineering) if you are luck enough being from CS/IT branch you might land in a good job for other branches the placement records are very poor ( You can even check this on the amity placement website)
