What nobody knows is that there is too much of politics & instability that exists here. Principal is not experienced enough to run a school of this level as her administrative skills are very poor. She has surrounded herself with her ex-colleagues from her previous school who only lick her feet & hide any problems from her & gives a rosy picture of everything. She hates staffs who her favourite people brand as unreliable or useless & promotes those who stay in her own residential society or dances to her tunes. They are also manipulating the management on different matters & since nobody visits from Delhi, Principal feels she can do whatever she wants. This behavior has led to a high level of attrition among teachers & they have created a bad name in Navi Mumbai already. Parents are also unhappy & withdrawing children's admission for better schools like DPS & Reliance. They dont realise that its already the start of a fall & it's just a matter of time before the collapse.
