I have ordered two shirts . On the first wash the colour(dye) getting washing out and so found the quality as very poor.
So as per their terms i have written a mail to them saying(with in 15 days as per their terms). They have asked for the picture of the shirt and i have sent it.
By that time it crossed 15 days. Now they are denying to refund saying that i have crossed 15 days. I put a mail saying quoting the first mail date, again i got the same reply saying i have crossed 15 days. I am planning to go to consumer court. So . Online buyers be care ful.
