We visited the resort for our honeymoon trip in February 08. We made our travel plan through Yatra and carried the print of electronic booking slip. Upon reaching there we were greeted by a warm welcome. Although the check-in time was at 12 noon and we reached there 4 hours earlier, resort staffs were courtesies enough to accommodate us. It took just couple of minutes to complete the check-in formalities and we were inside the room. Again the ambience was pretty nice. We had opted for a Balcony room and the view outside was lovely.
Hotel’s staffs were well mannered and ready to extend help whenever required. Other facilities like Jacuzzi and Sauna were well maintained and the coordinator extended his gesture planning these for us. Appreciate. Most of the time we went to the Cafeteria for our Dinner, great service is the only word. Room services were well in time and they will keep you updated with the charges associated every time you call them for some service. Nice transparency. Only place where I can say they missed is that cost of sight seeing are not controlled by them. They have contract from third party travel agent and the charges are inflated. Again, I would add that it's justified for the class of service they provide and peace of mind you get instead of bargaining from outside vendors. To conclude, I found it Best in Manali.
